It is a fairly decent team. Its nice to have someone who really place a strategy breaks all legendary. It will be a 8.5/10.
I think you should lay down and Grovyle Eggecutor because their mental / Grass, which makes it versatile and useful. Next take Gengar and Kingdra. Your Ghost / Poinson make it very useful.
This is a very good team and I think all the pokemon has a maximum period of nine (ten legendary creature that is best). Note, the whole team one point nine five. On the Kingdra I think you should Kingdra hold it today. Hope this helps.

might want to add a Dragonite lv 100
